The Impostor can benefit from: - remembering that their unique voice and experiences are valuable. - developing a routine of reflection and self acceptance. - practicing self-compassion and focusing on creating for themselves rathe than seeking external validation. - building trust in your abilities by allowing experimentation and failure. - celebrating their creative actions (showing up, practicing, trying new things) to cultivate confidence, not only looking to outcomes or the final product. - limiting social comparisons.
