Generative AI ‘art’ trends like these aren’t doing anyone any good, least of all actual artists, and the environmental impact of these things is grim. I’m a disabled artist, and it’s disappointing and disheartening seeing so many of these.
AI is consuming more water and energy than multiple countries, and dragging us faster into the climate crisis, of which disabled people are likely to be among the first casualties. Generative AI is also stealing from disabled artists and writers. I’m disappointed you’ve used it for these images.
