If I’m able to submit a character that’s not on the list but also get to suggest them to be added to the list, am I able to claim them?

How would you want Lilith depicted? I’d love to draw her but would you want her as the purple Arle from Chaotic Final Exam or something more abstract fitting her almost nonexistent nature.
If i were to get my highest two, drawing them engaging together (i.e a silly pose or beside eachother) is fine considering their background right? Or should I just do them with seperate poses?

I'm not sure to what extent I could help with graphic design as graphic design itself is something I don't know anything about, but if there's additional drawn elements to be had I miiight be able to?
