Honestly, you were probably better off not knowing but it’s a black t-shirt that says 100% PURE CUM METAL in all caps. It’s an old tour shirt from HEALTH’s 2023 album… so… it’s actually true, I legit have listened to this whilst writing.
The paperback of Moonflow, with its spectacular cover (stylistic purple/ blues and reds with an image psychedelic skeleton fungus sprouting from a femme body in a river of blood… I tried). It sits nestled in the pines of my Christmas tree, which will have to double as a metaphor for an eldritch Forest…maybe the twinkling lights help.
A Clues by Sam grid that, truly, shows possibly the worst score ever… and a study in endurance failure. A 4x5 grid that is full of green squares if you complete the puzzle without error… my grid contains 5 yellow squares… it shows circles if you request a hint. Yellow for one hint on a clue… my grid has 1 yellow circle… an orange circle is basically a cry for help… and I have 3. Why am I choosing to publicly humiliate myself, you ask? Good question.
My seasonal best mate, the Christmas Whale SHARK… my god he’s so blatantly a shark… how didn’t I SEE this before?! It’s ok, it’s ok, I’m fine. IT’S FINE. Anyway, he’s purple and blue and glittery so he nestles in the pines nicely and sparkles in the coloured light. My existential crisis aside, he’s great.
