I'm not here to pretend to know your story, I have not a clue what you're dealing with now, but someone who does - is you. You've been through all the mud that got you to where you are, you collected all those scars and lost all those precious things, so if anyone is an expert on your experience, it's you.
That's why I know it hurts tremendously when someone else looks down on you and judges you for not being able to stand up. They have no right to tell you what you should or shouldn't have the strength to do, and honestly you shouldn't even have to be "strong enough" to get through all of it on your own.
