With this and the Avenger Outfit, you'll be halfway to your in-game Village People reunion! 🤣 I'm thinking this will grant a Repair boost, but have a Sneak penalty due to the high-vis vest.

Feels like the vest is too bright and clean in a way without some little usual new vegas grime and such that doesn't come natural in a way. Must be hard to pick some textures from the base game that fits onto this and modifying without being too weird.
