Independent Fallout Wiki @fallout.wiki · Jan 21 In the first draft of Fallout: New Vegas, Freeside was broken into two separate communities of Fremont and Westside. Fremont was a humans only community, while Westside contained ghouls, non hostile mutants, and humans kicked out of Fremont. #Fallout
