Christine's name was recycled from the Van Buren character, Christina Royce, who was intended to be Chrissy, a member of the Vault 15 Squatters in Fallout 2. In Van Buren, she would have held the rank of Corporal in the NCR, as well as being a recruitable companion. #Fallout
