Shout out to Levelland fire dept! I called them at 3pm and they were helpful and kind on the phone and had posted this already! South Plains College was also very helpful (Google and AI results list SPC as FEMA shelter). The levelland police dept didn't answer after I called 4 different non emergency police extensions.
