Ein Sprecher erklärt gegenüber B.Z.: „Die BVG beobachtet die Verkehrslage im Bereich Elsenstraße/Elsenbrücke sehr aufmerksam. In den vergangenen Tagen kam es in diesem Bereich zeitweise zu größeren Verspätungen. Um die Auswirkungen auf den Linienbetrieb möglichst gering zu halten, greifen wir dann - und nur dann - auf bewährte operative Maßnahmen zurück." Was damit gemeint ist: Eine temporäre Linienanpassung der Buslinien M43 und 194. „Busse werden dabei auf beiden Seiten der Brücke so nah wie möglich an die Elsenbrücke herangeführt. Den vom Stau betroffenen Abschnitt können Fahrgäste mit der S-Bahn oder zu Fuß überbrücken", erklärt der Sprecher. Pendler sollen zu Fuß gehen Heißt also im Klartext: Bei Stau fahren keine Busse mehr über die Elsenbrücke - und Pendler müssen entweder zu Fuß gehen oder auf die S-Bahn ausweichen! Informationen zu Verspätungen sollen sich die Fahrgäste über die BVG-App, die Website oder die Anzeigen vor Ort einholen. Wie lange die ungewöhnliche Umleitung andauern soll, ist offen.

An experiment with AI image generators. Midjourney completely failed the assignment, even introducing at times brace-like artifacts and nude breasts, also it still can't count for shit. The ChatGPT image AI has gotten dramatically better — still with that slightly cartoonish flatness, but no comparison to where we were a year ago. And the text generation has become really, really good. ChatGPT prompt: "A naturalistic photo, taken with a micro-four-thirds Fujifilm camera with a XF35mmF1.4 lens with an aperture of f/16.
