Here's a very real thing. Philly has been trying for many years to build public, affordable housing. NIMBYs have been fighting it.

thats not a “housing project” and the same article maligns the actual solution, high rise public housing, in favor of shitty popsicle stick duplexes. high rises work in other countries that aren’t racist corrupt shitholes.
