fennecsdev @fennecs.dev · Jul 22 Instead of complaining about how I cant play the new preview because the launcher refuses to update my copy of Minecraft (for a third time), I will instead complain about the gamepass ads! Thanks Microsoft for letting me know that the game I owned for over a decade is now on Gamepass!

Hey there! Hmm that notification should only be seen if you own gamepass but don't have own the game itself, if you own gamepass and the game then that notification shouldn't be seen - I'll make a mental note to check the code on Monday but can you verify that is the case?
Ok so it turns out the update was delayed. So I retract that this is my 3rd complaint. (But I wish their launcher gave an "Up-to-date!" Pop-up instead of silently taking forever to fail
