Hi!! Sorry for taking so long, and I'm so happy to hear you like the icon!! The design of Hollow's icon is rather simple; it's what created my design system of isometric and vibrant icons, which can be seen across all Spirit projects.
I don't know how that was made, but if you wanted to replicate it in blender I'd do an orthographic camera and a bright white area light somewhere above it. Experiment with size/distance/strength of the light.
