FetchDue @fetchdue.bsky.social · 1d Sending the reminder was always the easy part. The job starts when the client replies "can we split this up" — and a rules engine has nothing to say to that. Reminders were collections automation v1. Reading the reply is the actual work.

A rules engine sends the next reminder on schedule and stops there. An agent reads "can we split this up," drafts the installment plan in your voice, and tracks the promise — miss the date the client named and it chases again. You still approve every send.
