it's such a fascist supreme court, they ruled against the constitution in several other matters, and ruled with the constitution on this one BY ONE VOTE, not to seem too nazi. Incredible what's become of america under epstein, putin, musk and netanyahu's influence

It's in black & white in the constitution. A straight text reading of it should result in a unanimous ruling. It is a measure of the Supreme Court's corruption that it was even considered in the first place, and having been considered that it wasn't unanimous.
