Minor point: Technically speaking, Rastafari *is* a Christian religion. They believe Jesus Christ is the son of god and the savior of mankind, the King James Version of the Bible is their primary holy book, and most of the core practices of the faith are based on the vow of the Nazarite.

Two questions: 1) Why didn't Landor sue the prison itself? 2) Have there been other cases, but in which Christians have sued only the prison guards but not the prison, in which those Christians won?
