The Hamm-Burgum pipeline runs deep and the two are basically like this 🤞. When Burgum was gov of ND, he hosted a dinner at the governor’s residence for Bakken oil & gas execs. Front and center at that dinner was Hamm. w/ Burgum now the Interior Sec, Hamm is reaping the benefits.
