I might be of assistance! My name is Fizzle, and I am aiming to clear up as many mysteries about it as I can by answering anonymous questions from you all! (As well as offering table critiques!) For some background: I’ve been staffing dens since January 2022. I currently volunteer with 5 different cons varying in size from 1k to 15k+. On top of that, I’ve been leading 2 dens for multiple years as well, and for those I was the one who built out most of the selection process.
