The cover of the book was gently cleaned, using wet and dry methods. The spine roll was corrected by flattening the book completely in its open position, reestablishing the original centerfold crease and pressing at 150°C. A spine tear on the back bottom cover was tear sealed using wheat paste and tengu paper.

1. H2O + drop of soap rinse 2. Ca(OH)2 rinse to deacidify 3. Light photobleaching w/ 1.5% H2O2 4. Dry clean (woops should be first) 5. Wet wipe down with Immacuclean 6. Light press 150°F for 30 min
