A fanmade eevee evolution on the OFF Element of Plastic. In the page is the design itself, and a postit notw with design tidbits like a list of the colors of the liquid plastic pools and seas of each zone (very light tonesn of pink purple, yellow, and green) and the qoute of "As the first of the four elements... It's the most important element. Because without plastic, the world would have no boundaries. People would walk and walk without ever stopping." Description of the design: Its an alien looking quadruped creature, its body is divided by different ruffled colors, the ruffles are fashioned after the serrated like pixel pattern on the water tiles of OFF. THe segments are as follows: White for the head up to the shoulders, chest area is green, stomach area is purple, hind legs and last area is pink, and tail is a gradient from yellow to white from the base to the tip. Its proportions are long as stretch as seen by its long hind leg feet and snout, while its front paws are boulbous ending on squarish stunny claws. Its ears are connected to a alienlike prominent cheekbone, and are white plasticky swirly coils ending in rounded tips. It's headshape is long and alienlike, with a long think muzzle that has numbers instead of of a mouth. Its eyes are black and long with a white highlight.
It is a fanmade evolution of Eevee as if it could evolve into the SMOKE element from OFF. It is a pencil shaded tone of grey, its limbs are ethereal and somewhat squiggly mittens. It's earss extend from its spiky white eyes, as wisps of smoke ondulating from the front of the head towards the back and extending into the air above. It's tail are wisps of smoke in the shape of a hand. It is diagonal position floating in the air, its hind legs tucked in while its sinuous front paws try to make contact with the ground.
