ein rezept für kolokithokeftedes: * 1 kg zucchini * 2 eier * 250g feta * 1/2 bund dille * 1/2 bund frühlingszwiebeln * 1/4 bund petersilie * 1/4 bund minze * 100 g mehl * 50 g selbsttreibendes mehl (50 g mehl + ca. 1/2 TL backpulver) * salz, pfeffer, oregano zuchinni grob reiben, auf einem küchentuch ausbreiten und leicht salzen, nach ca. 30min flüssigkeit durch das tuch ausdrücken, alle zutaten zusammen in einer schüssel mischen, laibchen formen und in olivenöl herausbraten.
