6 years ago today, I returned from a 5 day silent retreat with a teacher who studied under Thich Nhat Hanh at Plum Village for 15 years. Permanently life altering. I also saw the largest #rainbow I've ever seen. I'm the black dot on the right edge of it. 2nd photo is a crop of it. #photography
