The waist is strikingly similar to the way the designer's work for Linebarrels of Iron looks. Zero is growing on me distinctly but I do wish she wasn't so,, toned down? compared to the silhouettes from those designs. Feels like Shimoguchi either opted to or was told to play it safe here.
it does look like those "Nagano-inspired" designs that don't understand a single thing about his design philosophy tbh
