...still working on ghostwriting an unauthorized autobiography.

Melted about .25 liters of a neighbor's honey into .55 liters of wort left over from the brewday. I let it boil lightly for about a half hour to kill off any bacteria or wild yeasts before adding directly to the ferm vessel.
