Automating survey responses existed before that, be it from people trying to falsifying results, or people trying to play the system when a compensation is offered. How is it different in nature?
It does look like NORC is working on something, but not clear how researchers can use it—hopefully you can detect before someone completes a survey (compensation). Qualtrics is gonna have to step up here or risk losing their entire customer base. assets.fcsm.gov/assets/files...
