Breakfast. Cinnamon rolls based on a croissant-y dough, some plain and others with a vanilla glaze. This was a new recipe, but I think it will come back next year. Bonus: we were invited to a lovely take-out Chinese lunch with friends and were able to contribute some of these as dessert.

This Adjaruli khachapuri has about 1/2 pound of cheese per bread, and the dough itself is a light brioche.
The “official” anniversary dinner at Hamsa. ALL the salatim, chicken shwarma, and their amazing grilled mushroom skewer. Then they comped us this lovely not-tiramisu (it has shortbread instead of ladyfingers).
