Account for posting about games by FOTD Games Generally whatever game i'm trying to convince myself i'll finish this time.

Initiation of combat. The player is in the room with the Wimpy Monster (if you know how rom 2.4b6 mud school is laid out), the sprite for it is a top down view of a bug, or a crab. The log shows the player casting magic missle at it, from several tiles away, and damaging it.

A miniboss room, with conveyor belts around the edge, pits symetrically around the floor. The belts have rocks on them, and crab like creatures called "Sortacians" a class SNES style dialog window is open, saying "They don't seem to be aiming *at* me."
A qr code containing the entire source code for a very simple version of guitar hero. I intended to put all the code here, but it's about 900 characters too long.
Shows belts, diverters, bombs, rocks, turkey legs, zelda 1 style room transportation In the clips there are two conveyor belts moving items sideways across a zelda 1 style room. The items are orange rocks, and on the topmost belt bombs, and the bottom most belt turkey legs. There' 1x1 wide pits next to each belt, and the bombs and turkey legs are being pushed off the belt, but the rocks continue. The player shoots an arrow target, which lights up red, and the next turkey leg passes the diverter. The player goes into the next room, to show the turkey legs are appearing there. There's a visible bug showing a bomb caught in mid falling animation in the middle of the screen, where the pit had been relative to the top belt, it stayed in place when the rooms changed. No reason you shouldn't get to laugh at the bugs too.
It's a level from the game i'm working on Roguelike Academy:Freshman Year, without any entities, scrolling along behind the main menu, and the changelog. It's at just enough of a rotation to make it clear that it's not part of the ui or a playable thing.

Title screen for the game "The Asylum". The art style is extremely retro, and derive from the Kenny assets. The title screen shows a basic level, with the player character in the middle of the screen, damaged, a few steps away from an angry skeleton, coming to make their day unpleasant.

Oops. The art itself isn't the focus of the video, so much as the technology, it shows the character smoothly(ish?) animating changes between different skeletons and polygons, and different animations of those polygons.

Shows a pixel art, top down 3/4 perspective game, a targeting reticle moves around replacing the players mouse. The floor is orage, the wall brick. In the north wall are three "Loot Chutes" The player walks up to the first and "press X for Lootz" appears. The player presses E (You can't actually see this, this is an easter egg for the alt text. I haven't updated the keybindings yet, so you have to ignore the text.) The first chute spits out an item that looks like a gear, the player collects it, the second chut spits out an item that looks kinda like a chicken leg if you squint. The player collects it. The third chute spits out a member of maintenance, who throws things at the player, who runs around the maintenance man in panic'd circles until the clip ends.

The character moves from room to room, each room being revealed as the player enters for the first time, from a topdown 3/4 persepective. The floor is grey concrete, the walls a dull red brick. The characters are slightly jaunty primary colors, and they throw dumbells while the player dodges around them, and shoots them with a nail gun, mobs dying disintegrate in a way vaguely reminiscent of Thanos.
