[ He/they | 1996 ] I got Foxtastic without the zero LETS GO I got top surgery on Oct 11th 2023 and I am absolutely thriving since then.

I definitely gave the background a try, but I specifically went artistically under-rendered so I wouldn't get overwhelmed and give up. I think it was a good choice.

He's drawn in a more loosened up style, longer limbs and softer angles, instead of very zim-faithful style attempts. I still really enjoy this design. I just think he's neat!

This character is beside an old drawing of the character that I feminized because peer pressure. As cool and fashionable as she/they should have been from the beginning.
I'm not admitting what this character's name was. I really liked how I drew her hair though. Also this is around when Orange became my favorite color I'm realizing. Dunno how I keep coming back to putting my ocs in overalls, but you'll see this happen again later down the line, lol. You can barely tell she's wearing them, but that's one strap falling off, I can tell based on other drawings that come with this.
Ariston, a character I named like that because I wanted to name him Ari but didn't want to REALLY steal that name from a book character. This was a redraw, and I honestly have a hard time believing I didn't trace the one on the right. The toony mismatched eye sizes and mouth and eyebrows are a little too crisp, and I know that's partially because of the lineart tool from paint tool sai, but that aside even. Idk maybe I just happened to somewhat nail the toony look that time. The left version has a boy with eyes different sizes, but it looks like messed up perspective. He has curly black hair and a missing tooth. The redraw is a fun toony guy holding a knife, with bigger toonier hair etc. Definitely hits the gremlin knife boy look better.
I loved this drawing. Really was super taken with it. "Ah look, a girl, but she looks like a boy!" Later I saw disapproving looks from family who commented she was shaped like a guy. That lead to later incarnations which got much more feminine.
Dib falling asleep with his head slightly leaned towards Tak, who is squinting at him. Less grumpy than she could be about this. When I drew it I intended for him to actually be leaned on her, but alas, skill issue. They're both inside Tak's spaceship someplace in outer-space. I don't remember why.
I wore this as a lanyard badge to Doomcon. Yes, I mean the second Invadercon. The convention specifically for invader zim. I got to meet Rikki Simons, Richard Horvitz (made a fool of myself at the Q&A with him, even), and I believe I also met Aaron Alexovich and Rodger Bumpass. Fairly certain both, but it was a long time ago. Wally Wingert was also there, can't for the life of me recall if I got to meet him for a signing or not. I think so? Maybe? I shoulda met Jhonen V but was tired/overwhelmed and didn't go for it. Oh, and Melissa Fahn! Not sure why she's not listed on the wiki as having been there, but I had her signature so I know she def was.
I just realized that this may have been the first moment pushing me towards eventually having an oc with robotic limbs. Maybe. Might've been fullmetal alchemist that did it. The drawing is one of my earliest digital drawings. It's a weirdly posed/proportioned brunette girl with a cybernetic styled green t-shirt. She has a rainbow blend coming from her hand, through which you can see a hazy scene of her oc, a girl with robotic limbs. This was how I got around my inability to draw the cool robot girl well, I just hid her behind hazy rainbow/shadow stuff.

Second panel says "GAME OVER" in big letters, and "try again?" below it, with a yes and no button. The border of the panel has some doodles in it and blocky lettering saying "Game over try again". Panel 3 Lak: AUGH!! Stupid game! Should have known a wired game wouldn't be worth the monies. Lak is angry and he's wearing a headset that says "holo-blast". It's connected to an arcade cabinet via a wire. In the foreground there's part of a whack-a-mole type game, with an arrow pointing at it to tell us it's "whack-a-flower". I really don't know what I was going for with this. In the background there's an irken playing a dance game, and two other irkens slowly approaching. Panel 4 Lak: ...The screen is crooked! Blame the game.

Panel 3 There's a "Vzzt" sound effect as he's instantly teleported away from pressing the button. He has no idea what he's in for. Panel 4 Sunglasses stranger: I'm glad THAT'S over with. Enthusiastic stranger: You're welcome. Sunglasses: I'm not thanking you- Enthusiastic stranger, interrupting in a louder voice and smirking: You're welcome. A grift well done.
A reference collage of an invader zim Irken oc that is clearly written by a young teen. I liked how he looked in color pencil better than digital at the time so I didn't simply redraw everything in digital like I should have. Should I really transcribe all the captions? I really don't want to. It's honestly a bit painful to read. M...maybe next time

It has the phrase "BYE bitch!" on it because the art prompt for this drawing was a color palette named "bi bitch". It's in bi flag colors. I still love how fluffy his fur collar is.
