Given the decedent’s age, the location of the mass, associated effusion and lymphadenopathy, and the immunohistochemical profile of the mass lesion, T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) would be the likely diagnosis.
Impression: Widened mediastinum lossibly mediastinal lymphadenopathy. Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the chest recommended.
