There's an initiative by Microsoft and some gov group that claims 91% of people with disabilities see Copilot as helpful, right after listing 1.3b people as a stat.

disability washing with AI is real. using disabled people to legitimize a product that wasn't designed with them, tested by them, or accountable to them. accessibility is a practice, not a press release
The stats here are highly dubious. They did not survey 1.3 billion, this is definitionally misleading. And who did they survey? Copilot users? No wonder they think it is awesome. If I went down to my local blind community org and asked them if they knew what Copilot was, most would have no idea.
