I went to a brilliant event at the museum People dressed up in Anglo-Saxon garb, whittled spoons, did crafts and hands-on history, told stories, and made cheese over the fire (no, I didn’t expect that either). It was a wonderful way to spend a few hours. But what I can’t wrap my head around is this event resulted in threats and abuse to staff, and criminal damage. Why? Because someone in the event poster isn’t white
