3 blackberries in a thornless plant. The top berry is half ripe. The berries are red at first and would slowly turn black as they ripen. The plant is nice n healthy with green leaves.

A fluffy, satiny n fragrant white Oriental lily just opened in a part shade spot in my backyard garden. The filtered sunlight illuminated parts of the lily showing off its yellow central veins in the throat of the star shaped bell flower. The filaments in the center are creamy yellow with burnt orange anthers with pollen are at the tips of the filaments. Dark green leaves surround the flower.

A green bug called katydid on neighbors large peach daylily. It is in a shady spot so not much highlight on the flower n it was a cloudy day. A few golden yellow filament and anthers with pollen emerge from the center of the daylily.

In front of them I planted alyssums , honeysuckle and sedum . At the curve of the lawn self seeded yellow California poppies n red orange Oriental poppies thrived
