A special bulletin from the Fife Police Department, dated March 18, 2025, warns about suspicious circumstances involving a black law enforcement-style Ford SUV with fake U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) markings. The vehicle, seen at the Emish Market in Fife, Washington, had decals reading 'ICE' and an emblem resembling the DHS seal, but with noticeable misspellings. The SUV displayed '1775' and '911' on its rear, lacked license plates, and was seen circling the parking lot before briefly blocking a driveway. The driver honked the horn, and occupants appeared to be recording video. DHS confirmed that the vehicle is not official. The Fife Police Department and FBI Seattle Field Office are investigating.
