Jb weld plastic bonder packaging. It's some 2 part epoxy shit you gotta mix. I sanded the parts as best I could cleaned them with iso amd was generous. It cures black apparently. It says 'super strong, working time 6 minutes, cured in one hour' on the package. Hoping it's an actual plastic cement but formulated for plastic car moldings.

It's all pressure treated lumber. A 4×4 is anchored to the brick exterior of the house at the top and at the bottom of the three steps which are concrete are a 2×6 and a 2×4 anchored flat to the steps. There are two rails between of 2×4 with a 2×6 top rail that extands past the bottom post.
