If you’ve noticed Indigenous people have been quiet about the Epstein files, it’s not because we’re shocked. It’s because we told you. For decades we told you what happens when powerful men abuse unchecked authority. We told you what happened in residential schools. We told you about the priests. The r*pes. The burned babies. The beastiality. The violence. The murders. The cover-ups. We told you how the government turned its eyes away while children were harmed. You didn’t want to hear it then. Now some of you are horrified that wealthy powerful men built an island to exploit children? That power protects itself? That systems are designed for mens lust? That’s not new to us. Between residential schools & today, the only thing that changed is scale. More money. More reach. Same sickness. Same protection. Indigenous people were never the savages. Projection is a powerful thing. So if you’re going to be outraged about Epstein, be brave enough to name the systems that made him possible. Be brave enough to look at what this country was built on. Because this isn’t just about one island. It’s about whether you protect children… or protect power. Pick a side, cuz there’s only TWO now ❤️‍🩹🪶

They ran into swamps. Into ditches. Into freezing water. Catfish Cole abandoned his wife and fled. No one was hurt. No one was k*lled. The Lumbee laughed. They collected the Klan’s equipment. Held a celebration. Wore the robes as jokes. Turned terror into comedy. The aftermath was permanent. The KKK never recovered in that county. No more rallies. No more threats. No more power. One night destroyed decades of intimidation. They proved something simple. Bullies only look strong in the light. Turn it off. And they run."

During a special meeting on January 21, the Oglala Sioux Tribal Council confirmed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement asked the Tribe to enter into Section 287(g), a federal agreement that would have allowed tribal law enforcement to act as immigration agents for ICE. The Tribal Council passed two unanimous motions: • To formally reject any Section 287(g) agreement • To ban all ICE agents and activities from the Pine Ridge Reservation Council members also praised Tribal President Frank Star Comes Out for refusing the agreement, citing concerns over sovereignty, jurisdiction, and the unlawful application of immigration authority to U.S. citizens. The Tribal President is expected to issue a public notice enforcing the ban, while the Tribe awaits further updates regarding three Oglala Sioux tribal members reportedly detained at Fort Snelling.
