Three gremlins in a trench coat. We are delirious from heat stroke.

The spaces marked include "Free Space", "Mail in ballots not counted", and "House Republicans go on recess again." I hadn't included why rehydrate go on recess, so this technically counts even though the whole House normally goes on recess in August. I've marked the spaces with a red colored pencil, so the text on them is still legible.
A Bingo card in which the boxes are filled with things that might happen between now and shortly after election day. Not all of these are serious; RFK's brainworm obviously cannot run for office, as it's probably not old enough.
This is a cat's eye from the side. The eye is a grayish blue-isha green and facing to the right. What is it looking at? No one knows; that's the fun. The cat has orange fur. I saw this in a book about drawing cats and decided to try drawing it. I understood none of the instructions but made something pretty anyway.
A hand drawn map of a town in Nebraska, called Manley. Note that the map faces south. This was not the final draft, so a couple things on here might be wrong. The post office might not actually be in that spot. I included some doodles as artistic details of houses and trees. Broadway Street, in the middle, functions as the "main street" of this tiny town. Because of that, I colored the street in with a gold colored pencil. The rest of the roads are orange. Why? I don't remember. State Highway 1 is at the top of the map. The corners of the map are labeled with what's in that direction outside of town. The town of Weeping Water to the southeast, the town of Murdock to the southwest, the Lofte Community Theatre to the northeast, and Highway 50 to the northwest. The population of Manley at the time I drew this, at least 6 years ago, was 178 people. I've included that next to the compass, as well as the time zone, the fact that it's designated as a "groundwater protection area", and the year it was incorporated (1954).
This is a mostly colored pencil drawing of an angry pufferfish. I used a white paint marker to make his white spots more distinct. I went over the eyes and inside of the mouth with a black marker. The rest is all colored pencil though. This photo was taken indoors.
A sketch of a pufferfish, whose colors can best be described as "boring lipstick". He looks very angry. Why? Because it makes me laugh. Some shades of green can be seen above him because this is a page in my sketchbook.
The main feature on this page of my sketchbook is the bright orange leaf inside of a green square. The other random bits of color are just where I tested what different pencils would look like when blended together.
This is a simple colored pencil drawing of a maple leaf. It's various shades of orange. Those random spots of color near the top of the photo are from me testing other colors; this drawing is on a page in my sketchbook.
Pictured is a mostly watercolor painting of an underwater scene. Some red, orange, and yellow corals are depicted. They look kind of ugly though, not gonna lie. Anyway, the background is various shades of blue, which are noticeably darker towards the bottom of the page.
This is just some swatches. Swatching is when someone tests some art supplies out to see what the color actually looks like on paper. This time, I've tested some colored pencils to see how many of them look like pink.
The drawing consists of a dark green cross surrounded by a geometric pattern. My friend says that the pattern looks like stained glass. Maybe she was talking about the shapes. Anyway, the cross is outlined with a warm green metallic tone. A jade green fine liner was used to vaguely indicate nails on the cross. The outer margins on the page consist of a border, which is composed of various light green shades. After blending markers, a lot of them don't even look green anymore, despite the fact that each marker used was legit a shade of green. I didn't know that was possible! Now you know too.
Pictured is a black fluffy cat with yellow eyes. His eyes are open, but he is clearly relaxed. He's sitting on a blue striped blanket, and he's next to a small red box. He seems to like this spot more when the box is there. No idea why.

This is street art on some kind of metal utility box. It reads: a neighbor was taken here, abolish ICE.
A memorial at the site of Alex Pretti, who was murdered by ICE this morning. Evergreen branches and candles surround the spot he died in, on cold concrete.

ICE agents on the street. One holds a camera to photograph people filming their activities. Neighbors stand nearby in cold temperatures, some not in full winter weather gear.
A scene containing handmade models of Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus. All are made from cardboard, paper, cloth, and glue. I made them all myself in 2024. A donkey drawn on cardboard rests in the background. A few rocks sit on the outer borders of the photo.
The deer I tried to draw looks more like a cloud with a coyote head attached. The word "whoops" is written on the cloud. The words "oh no" are written next to the head. Oops!
This is a portrait of me, done mostly in alcohol marker. It looks more purple in person. They got my wispy hair and beard down! I'm very pleased.
This is very abstract, but I'll do my best. The background color is a light brown, as it was solely done with brewed coffee. The outermost borders are stark white. Just inside of those borders sit some olive green lumps. The upper left area of the painting contains some orange leaf-like things as the main feature. They are surrounded by a pale yellow, as if glowing. A few sky blue tendrils drift just outside the glow. The middle of the piece from upper left to lower right features a couple of red curvy lines. My signature is lurking between these two lines near the bottom of the page.
This is the beginning of a watercolor painting. Here we have some red wavy lines in the middle, at varying degrees of light or dark. There's some orange on the upper side of the paper; it looks a bit like leaves. Not sure what it actually is though. The background of the picture has a light brown (also called sepia) tint to it.
This is a photo of some little cardboard tubes that I've glued to a piece of cardboard. It kind of looks like the wall of a cabin. I'm not sure what I'll turn it into as I go.
This is a mostly watercolor painting of a flood. The water reaches most of the way up the entry door of a large building. Some trees, both alive and dead, are visible on the far left hand side. The whole painting has a brown tint to it because I intentionally poured brewed coffee onto it.
The whole surface of this sheet of paper is coated with brewed coffee, which has since dried. The texture of the brown tones is far more varied on the left side of the page. Some darker brown lines stick up from the bottom of the page on the left side, like fingers reaching toward Heaven. On the right side, I've sketched a building. It looks like an apartment building with mismatched windows.
Liquid coffee used as paint on white watercolor paper. The shade of brown from the coffee is soft and somewhat light in tone. It's very similar to what I would expect from regular watercolor paint. Note: I did not strain the leftover grounds before painting, so the thickness isn't super consistent here.
The creation of the cosmos. On the ride side, a large off-white disk of handmade paper represents a big star. Several smaller white circles stand in for other celestial bodies. As we go further to the left, we see the night being separated from the day. This is depicted as dark shades of blue that get darker as we get further from the big star.
All 3 of these are memorial paintings. All contain a skull. On the far left, Grandma Eileen stands in her classic pink dress, in front of a house. She wears a red hat. In the middle, Great Grandma Toni. A skull floats above a white pedestal, behind purple snapdragon flowers. On the right, Grandma Teresa, clothed in red and white. A red cardinal is bringing her a cigarette. She stands in front of trees.
Pencil on paper, no color added yet. An almost but not quite middle aged man with a large nose and majestic mustache. He has a full head of hair, which is combed back and to the side. His eyes are closed. My signature is just to the right of his head, under the ear.
A page from my sketchbook featuring concept art for a modern day paladin. They have no assigned gender just yet. They wear a green puffer coat. Their hair is a blend of green and brown/black. I've indicated a medium dark skin tone in one sketch, and a lighter tone in the other. They express their intense dislike of necromancers on this page. There are also two dice sitting on top of the page, just for fun.
A human figure stands, arms stretched out to the side. It has white skin, literally. The skin is made of white paper. I won't be adding any color to it. This may as well be a ghost. The outer cloak is made of plaid fabric in the following colors: dark grey, light grey, a soft light green, and a hint of blueish Grey. 4 matching buttons are visible. The cloak is long, hanging from shoulders to where the feet would be (I did not sculpt feet). The sleeves are long, dangling to about halfway down the figure. There is purple hair on the head, lovingly made out of some thin purple yarn that I had laying around. The figure is wearing a necklace: a metal nut hanging from a thin bit of pink yarn.
This is the inner makeshift skeleton for a human figure. A thin cardboard tube serves as the spine/central support column. The head a the top is a round shape, though in this photo you can see a paper towel jutting off the top. It looks like a flimsy Mohawk. Also visible are the cardboard rub cage (with only 3 ribs) and the cardboard pelvis (very abstract). Oh, and the whole thing is pretty small, about half the length of my hand.
This is a vaguely human shape, standing on top of cardboard. I have chosen not to include legs, but the arms are visible near the top. The head is plain white for now. The fabric glued to the figure is plaid with the following colors: grey, green, and a hint of light blue. There are 3 matching buttons attached.
The full scene, with Mary and Joseph figurines standing behind the manger in the center. Baby Jesus, though far more skinny than I meant for Him to be, lays on some khaki fabric inside the manger. In the background, we have two drawings of wooden boards. Above the boards, we have a bottlecap covered in gold paint (The Star) dangling in front of some black paper (the night sky). On the left, we have a donkey and a box full of pillow stuffing (meant to simulate animal bedding). On the right, some dried rose petals symbolize the perfumes that the wise men brought as gifts. Behind the petals, there is a small pile of rocks.

A gold paper covered bottlecap dangles from the top (it's meant to represent the star). Off to the far left sits a large feeding trough. Off to the far right, we have some rocks.
The figures for Mary and Joseph stand behind a wood colored manger. I don't have access to hay, so I used some leftover pillow stuffing as bedding. The background behind all of this is paper that I've drawn some wood boards on in pencil. I've decided not to color it in for now.
The manger from the front and part of the side. This was originally a box of bandaids. I have glued some dark brown paper to it. I have even darker brown cardboard tubes glued onto the bottom.
A model house with fake foliage (left), and a matching model well (right). I colored the cardboard tubes with alcohol-based markers, but almost everything else is recycled material. The house and the well sit on two separate cardboard bases. The bulk of the house walls is just small rocks I found outside. Little cardboard tubes make up the frames. The fake foliage was originally supposed to be homemade paper, but the sheets turned out too thick, so I've glued bits together and added some color to them for moss-covered rocks and what not.
These four photos are all of the same painting, but the lighting is different in each. In this first photo, the light is quite bright and the painting sits atop a blue towel as a backdrop. Painting description: the recently murdered United Healthcare CEO stands in Hell, surrounded by blue flames. He is only visible from the upper chest to the top of his head. Black smoke billows above him. He wears a horrified expression on his face. He knows exactly what he's done, how many lives he's responsible for ending. Bold white letters near the top of the painting read "Deposed" in all Caps.
The figures for Mary (left) and Joseph (right) standing on top of my fridge for better lighting. Each has dark brown yarn for hair, and Joseph has a beard. They both have a medium brown skin tone that came from a brown paper bag. They have cloaks now, made from scrap fabric and glued into place. Mary's cloak has a complex pattern on it with various shades of brown, orange, and peach. Joseph's cloak is a simple khaki material. Both are wearing yarn belts.

They both have medium brown skin (made from paper) and dark brown yarn for hair. They are sitting on top of my fridge because lighting. Random things from my kitchen are in the background.
The base of this is a piece of cardboard coated with Grey paint. The edge lining is made up of little cardboard tubes. The metal bits at the top and bottom are caps. The metal in the middle is a bottlecap surrounded by metal soda can Tabs and a thick twisted bit of metal.
The figure for Mary, the Mother of Jesus. The base is made of cardboard, and the body is a cardboard toilet paper tube with paper from an envelope glued to the front. The head is covered in paper from a brown paper bag, giving Mary a medium brown skin tone. She has dark brown yarn for hair.
The roof of the model house. It's made of cardboard tubes that I've tinted with markers. That's why it might look like wood to some folks. I assure you that it's cardboard.
This is the front of the little model rock house I made. The walls are made of small rocks and a few cardboard wedges. The doorframe and roof are made from cardboard tubes.
