Strengthening Membership Governance and Identity Verification The Board has agreed to introduce updated identity verification as part of our membership process. This will apply to existing members as well as new members. The purpose of this process is to support the integrity of our membership records and ensure that membership rights are exercised fairly and consistently. We know that identity verification must be handled carefully, particularly for members whose formal identification may not reflect their name, gender or lived experience.
