My Garmin training status report. I've been injured for most of the last four weeks so I've been going very easy. Garmin's alogrithm has gone all over the fucking shop trying to interpret this, blue, purple (peaking... rolls eyes - I could maybe jog two strides at the time) yellow green orange and finally red for overdoing it now that I can actually run for a sustained period
