Chrissy LeMaire @funbucket.dev · Aug 7 Recently upgraded to Windows 11 24h2 and every Window opens non-maximized AND forgets its position. If anyone on the #Windows team can fix this, please do. At least give us a registry key or preferably a GUI choice to fix it. Since Windows 95, I've loved all Maximized, all the time.

I worked tech support in the Windows 3.1 and 95 era for an ISP and I could walk people through Dial-Up Networking with my eyes closed but usually after convincing them to upgrade because networking on Windows 3.1 sucked. 3.11 was a different kind of suck but it worked.
Win+R no longer launching the Run... prompt is insanely annoying too
