Indie studio based in DK, working on the roleplay visual novel Arcadia Fallen II. OUT NOW on PC and Consoles!

Hi everyone It's now been half a day, and we still have not heard back from Steam Support as to why the Arcadia Fallen II Steam store was suddenly taken down. Steam is by far our best-selling platform, so this significantly impacts our sales. Furthermore, we have no idea how this gap in activity will influence how the Steam algorithm sees the game when/if this gets fixed. For a small team like ours that's making niche roleplaying games without the backing of a publisher, this is extremely distressing as it is our livelihoods that are directly on the line because of what we can only assume is a callous blunder, followed by an understaffed support team. You can still buy Arcadia Fallen II on GOG and consoles, and we'll keep you updated as we learn more. - The Galdra Team
