Garik @garik.codes · May 15 So I guess I'm officially getting into homelabbing now. I will say you learn a bunch of different things pretty quick. Even though I passed my Network+ a month ago, some concepts only get cemented with good, real world examples. Pi-hole is just that!

I added it as a stack in Dockhand very quickly, then I edited my DNS settings to 127.0.0.1 and voila! It wasn't without snags. At first I only ever set it to localhost, no secondary, so I lost AD DS unwittingly. Ooops! I also only set it for Ethernet, so on Wi-Fi I had an auto-assigned DNS again.
