There are 4 different iterations with subtle differences, such as arm positioning, how much his head and body lean, and different hand concepts at the top right, like an outstretched pointing hand.

The second one has a note that says, "Subtle downward lean? Shoulder curve + arm?"
The third one simply says, "New hand?!" with a concept that has a different hand than the others.
