It's hard to believe it's been just about 5 years since I first shared the original version of Venite with a few seminary friends. They have been hard years, in this world. Now there are > 1000 people using the app on any given day. What a joy to be able to send some light into a dark world!

Oh my gosh, it’s a joy to find you online. Your website is such a delight and a gift! Thank you! If you ever charged money for it, I would happily throw it at you

I discovered Venite when I returned to saying the Office a few months ago. It is truly a godsend, on work days especially! Many thanks!

I first found and started using it at the very beginning of the pandemic—March 2020. We were a group of folks stuck in our various homes. Memories! I didn’t realize it was so young at the time.

Venite is a wonderful app that helped make the daily office a habit, and available wherever I am. Thank you.

Berkeley folks are using it this morning (and every Wednesday morning on Zoom, and every Monday night during the semester) to pray the Office together! Thank you Greg!!! Venite and you are such gifts to the Church.

I love Venite app! We are daily users. Thank you for all the work you’ve done to enrich our worship experience. The work of the Holy Spirit is evident.

Thank you for the wonderful app!

I use it. I share it. It’s easy enough so even this lay person can do it.

Our Zoom morning prayer group has started using it after I ran across one of your posts and shared Venite with them. We also use Mission St. Clare and the Wordpress Daily Office site depending on who is leading.

I regularly recommend it to parishioners. Thank you for your work!

This has been a real gift for me, personally. Thank you!!!

It’s always highly recommended in the Episcopal community on Reddit!

You inspired me to transition our materials to a text based system. Someday, we hope to have bulletin creation as smooth as yours, but with chants included! Someday... For now, I live in #LaTeX / #Gregorio / #MusiXTex purgatory. I'm not a coder, but collaborator @gregory.havenreligious.org is!

I really appreciate Venite, it enables me to pray the office at work where I can’t get my BCP out to do it.

Thank you so much for all that you do. Venite has been a (literal) godsend for keeping my habit of praying the offices going even amidst illness and other struggles. I recommend it to people all the time! ❤

Venite made it possible to approach the Daily Office as a beginner, on my own, and then eventually learn to navigate using the BCP from there. Such a treasure and a blessing, thank you!

Dude. Your app ROCKS OUR 🧦🧦 OFF. And that's dangerous. Because it's snowy here and we could get hypothermia. Our layers are essential. But easy worship programs with correct readings and the ability to choose collects and stuff? Take my lil frozen toes. It's WORTH IT.

David Johnston · Dec 4

Your app is such a gift. Our college students use it to find the psalms, readings, and canticles, supplementing the use of the BCP. I also have people new to TEC and the BCP using it to learn how to pray. We’re commending this app multiple times a week!

(I didn't have any analytics turned on in the earliest days, so this looks sharper than it really was at first. But the trends over the last few years are accurate.)

Canon Dena · Dec 4

Thank you Greg Johnston! We in the Diocese of Rhode Island Bishop’s staff use Venite for staff Morning Prayer every weekday and commend it to our churches for their use.
