Banner of the Union reformist fighters engaged in the siege of Europa during the Committee Civil War. The URLA was one of numerous militant insurgent groups formed in the wake of the Second Committee’s collapse. Toward the end of the war, they would be formally incorporated into the Third Committee armed forces. For their actions, Whisky would be posthumously recognized as one of the founding armies of the Third Committee. The banner includes common visual tenets of proto 3rd Committee groups, such as agricultural iconography and the sunrise insignia.
