Mungalli Falls set amongst dense green tropical rainforest close to Millaa Millaa, North Queensland, Australia.
Water is cascading over the remnants of an ancient lava flow.
The water splashes white over the cliff face high on the right-hand side down onto the smooth, shiny rocks and borders below.
Two pools form, one small and slightly higher close to the cliff, the other in the foreground cool, emerald green, gently empties into a stream flowing through borders on the bottom left.
Within the bowl carved out by the waterfall, the two pools are connected by one last cascade of water falling over a shelf made from a rounded bolder sitting just above the green pool.
The scene is calming and natural.
