This is bullshit. Federal employees already swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. They already are committed to not disclosing classified information. However, it is unconstitutional to try and stop them from disclosing shit that may embarrass the tRump regime, as long as it’s unclassified.

The good news is that you cannot be contractually obligated to break the law. By anybody. Period. The moment they try to use one of those NDAs to conceal corrupt activities, the NDA becomes void *on it's face*.

I don’t know about US law, but in Canada an NDA can’t be used to cover up for criminal activity or stop you from reporting such activity to the police.
All it takes is a whistleblower who doesn't care about dying in jail broke.
An NDA doesn't prevent anyone from disclosing illegal activities.
NDAs do not cover crimes.

And government workers who let sunshine into government should be praised not silenced. The only exception is for information that is truly sensitive for national security or privacy reasons. Sharing how inept or corrupt Trump and his minions are is not private nor classified.
