This is a business/education page for Gestalt Green, an (extremely) small LGBTQ+ owned business focusing on native plants, mainly of local ecotypes. All opinions are my own. Located in Central Wisconsin.

A solar yellow flower of a species in the genus Ranunculus amongst green leaves. Most likely fen buttercup, Ranunculus caricetorum.

This individual violet & one other we’re both selected for their long flower stems, vivid, deep purple color, & how upright & upward facing the flowers are. Not impressed with the flower size though.

Viola sororia f. priceana. Commonly called ‘confederate violet’. A mostly white flower with a blue blush in the middle.
Red, orange & yellow tulips, the colors almost seeming to fight over the wide open, lily-like blooms.
A spiky looking plant with pale green leaves spattered in red dots, looking almost toxic as it grows like a tiny tree out of chocolate colored coconut coir & a black plastic pot.
Begonia montaniformis. A highly textured Vietnamese species of plant with bumpy, mountain like leaf bumps in charcoal black, silver & green between the bumps.
Bright pink flowers with white centers the size of fingernails.
Rosettes of sticky, green & pink colored plants, throwing up spikes of snowy white, star shaped flowers.
A sawtooth-like Venus flytrap, appropriately named ‘Dente’. Instead of the usual eyelash look, the teeth are fused into appearing more like a circular saw.
Long, tubular flowers, white with yellow beards like fluffy eggs. Some sort of grasshopper or katydid nymph is perched upon one of the flowers.

Dark green begonia with silvery highlights & near black crevices, along with silvery-white hairs all along the surface. The stems are red with similar hairs.
A green leaved plant with jet black spikes, called bullae, all over the surface.
A silvery leaved plant with pink veins. This is Episcia ‘Zhemchuzhinka’ aka ‘Pearl’, a Ukrainian hybrid by Oksana Piskovets.
Ficus elastica ‘ruby’ with two new leaves. The plant has a thick, woody brown stem, with wide, slightly curled leaves that are dark green with pink & cream colored edges.
Dewy rosettes of Drosera omissa x pulchella, a hybrid ‘Pygmy sundew’, although this is certainly one of the larger ones among the group. My D. micrantha are barely 1/5 the size.
Unidentified ferns sprout up from the moss, presumably from spores that were lying dormant within it.
KsP- Zhimnyaya Vishnya (Winter Cherry), this one came in with pink blush on the leaves but intense full spectrum led lighting has really brought out brilliant, almost metallic shades of pink & silver.
Strange, alien looking flower of Ceropegia woodii aka string of hearts. It has a bulbous purple base & an upright trumpet shaped top that starts purple & fades to white with black spotting, terminating in 5 black tentacle like protrusions covered in fine hairs. 🌱 #bloomscrolling #houseplant #houseplants #plant
Saturated pink petals, upon which the tiniest little black, tan & white spider has successfully caught some flying insect.
Purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea cv. Magnus Superior), with three brilliant pink petaled, orange centered flowers.
Dewy leaves glisten with sticky… Well, dew. Flower stalks rise above carpets of green & pink.

Bumblebee sat on purple cluster of flowers amongst a forest floor.
A white mulberry tree obscures a grey Tupperware bin with a black lid, holes drilled all over both so it can breathe. It’s a DIY compost bin, approximately 20ish gallons in volume.

Sticky, dewy sundew rosettes spiral & overlap, stems green while reddish tendrils with sticky globules of liquid come off the end like deadly pompoms. Well, deadly to insects at least, as demonstrated by the fungus gnats devoured by the plants in this picture.
