Here's another person calling out some conspiracy theory nonsense. You don't have to agree with his argument, I'm just trying to point at people that aren't violent extremists and who would possibly be open to being modulated in their view in public discourse.

yeah, but people generally speaking double down when confronted online about bad opinions unless it's by someone they consciously respect (often how we get the main characters) gotta deprogram people in private where they don't feel like an ulterior motive exists

I once peeked into a pro-DJT subreddit during the pandemic for possible insight into the chaos of our national response, and saw people encouraging their compatriots to take care of their communities. It seemed like a minority opinion, or at least the quieter one, but MAGA wasn’t a monolith then.
