The Mauritshuis put a penguin outside the Binnenhof for their Birds exhibit. My sister-in-law loves penguins unreservedly and spotting this one felt like a small wave from home. Public art doing exactly what it is supposed to do. #Mauritshuis #Birds #DenHaag #TheHague #PublicArt
