At the top are two Wojaks that are deranged looking: the first thinks COVID was a Jewish or Chinese conspiracy to undermine the west but also won’t mask or get a vaccine. The second thinks that “big government” wants to trap us in our homes forever.
At the bottom we have a withered Wojak who points out how their health suffered after getting COVID multiple times. Next to him is a masked Wojak pointing out that Pfizer celebrated when mask mandates ended because it would help them sell more paxlovid, that chronic illness is more profitable than prevention, and that capitalism as an economic system relies on exploited labor (everyone returning to work) and new frontiers to enclose (the health of our bodies)
